The Challenge: Precision at Scale

The NDSU College of Business needed a comprehensive suite of commercial content that could live across multiple platforms—from high-impact television spots to quick-hitting social media reels. The goal was to produce six distinct storylines, each requiring a 30-second, 15-second, and 6-second version.

To maximize reach, every single version also needed to be reformatted into a vertical layout for mobile-first viewing. This resulted in a staggering 36 final deliverables for a single project—the largest volume of assets we have executed to date.

Our Approach: Efficiency Meets Creativity

Managing 36 unique pieces of content requires more than just creative vision; it requires a bulletproof workflow. To ensure the feedback loop remained clear and concise, we moved away from messy email chains.

Instead, we implemented a streamlined tracking system:

• The Matrix Workflow: We utilized a centralized hub where the client could track every version, from 30-second horizontal spots to 6-second vertical snippets.

• Real-Time Collaboration: By allowing the client to mark versions as “Complete” or provide direct feedback in one shared space, we eliminated confusion and kept the production moving at a rapid pace.

• Cinematic Excellence: Despite the high volume, we didn’t compromise on quality, utilizing advanced cinematography and drone/aerial filming to capture the spirit of the NDSU campus.

The Result: A Unified Brand Message

By the end of the project, the NDSU College of Business was equipped with a massive library of high-end video assets. Whether a student is scrolling on their phone or watching a commercial break, they are met with a consistent, professional, and engaging look at what the college has to offer.
